How do I make a reservation? |

Select the hotel. Select your check in and check out date. In next step, you will be asked to verify the rates and number of persons staying in each room. Here you are asked to either check out as a guest with minimal information, or to create your profile. In the final step, you are required to enter a valid credit card details and your reservation is confirmed.
Our reservation process is very simple.
Select "City" or "Near By City" according to your preference.
Enter the desired city, enter the dates of arrival and departure, and enter the number of guests. Click the Search Hotels.
You could also search by a specific hotel name within a city.
A list of hotels will appear on the screen. For more information, click the name of the property or the Info link.
On the right pane, you can surf the hotel details, location and maps, hotel amenities, and room type and rates.
After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the rate you desire by reading the room information in the center of the screen, then clicking on the Book It button.
After you have selected your desired room type, you will need to log in to your account. If you havent created your account, click on Register and sign up with your own unique user name.
Now you will be taken to a "SecureReservation Request" form. Then you will need to review the "Reservation Information" and fill in the blanks on the "Guest Information" section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly.
After you fill out all of the needed information, press the "Submit Reservation" button.
Here, you will be given a Tentative confirmation number.
If further correspondence is necessary prior to confirming the reservation, a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an email within 8 hours or you will receive a Final confirmation number within 8 hours. |

Is it safe to use my credit card? |

Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, MacRover.com utilizes a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form. |

Where do I pay? |

MacRover.com will charge your credit card. Hence you do not need to pay at the hotel but you may be asked to present the credit card for incidentals at the hotel. |

Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)? |

When filling out the reservation form, you will see a text box in the bottom, please write any special comments, such as Smoking, Non Smoking, or any floor preference. These special requests are not guaranteed but hotel will try to accommodate those requests if possible and available. |
